Behind the Image
Having made a very early rise to travel to Connemara National Park and summit the peak of Diamond Hill, the weather provided incredibly challenging shooting conditions through icy winds and heavy cloud cover. However, as the sun began to rise from behind the Twelve Bens, beams of beautiful sunlight cast there way across the face of Knockbrack and I singled out this image to portray its peak glimmering in the light.
